A pleasure to use. > > **Cons**: While it mostly works, I continue to have printing issues sometimes. Purchase orders could do with some attention. The order page could be nicer on the eye. It could also contain a lot more useful data that I need when fulfilling orders such as customer history which you have to go searching for in menus. There's plenty of room for it on the actual order page. Be nice if you could customise the UI, lots of things on the order screen and product pages that I never need to see or don't use. Reports could be better, for example, there's no info on best-selling kits, only the individual parts. I'd like to see the profit and margin data on the product page. There's good data in the customer history so I'd like to see more options to use that for marketing. > > I use Skulabs daily and it's a pleasure to use. Purchasing - Allows anyone to accept shipments with accuracy, and automatically adds those amounts to our current stock. No human error. Inventory management - Allows us to have accurate stock counts by removing human error from about every aspect of the process Cycle Counts - Create uniform ways for us to check our stock, dates, and their movement. Product Sales Anaylitics - Seeing how our products are performing with in-depth analytic. > > **Cons**: In the beginning, as the person responsible for implementing the software, it was a growing process to fine-tune the program to meet our specific needs over the years. The only thing I might have wished for at the time was a dedicated engineer or Sku Labs representative who could focus on guiding us through the features most relevant to our business. With so many powerful options available in Sku Labs, it can feel overwhelming to figure out which ones to prioritize. Having someone provide a bit more dedicated, hands-on attention during the first week—beyond their excellent support line—could be a valuable addition to their onboarding process. That said, they may already offer something like this now, as the company has grown alongside us. To be clear, their customer service is truly incredible, but a more tailored and intimate onboarding experience could make the transition even smoother for new users. > > We’ve been working with Sku Labs for over half a decade, and from day one, it has brought immediate structure to our fulfillment, inventory management, purchasing, and shipping processes.
