> **Pros**: It's easy to use, value for money and makes our message sending smooth and trackable. Customisation and how it will look in the receiver's phone make it more better to use.

> **Cons**: There are some bugs \&amp; issues, such as when the reminder doesn't go off from the Meta side, so you have to check to be sure. But with constant improvement and fixes, I guess this will get better.

> **Pros**: this product was easy to set up. The team’s guidance, insight, and deep experience with Meta made the process seamless, and they were always ready to help resolve any issues that came up, unless you want to cancel then it becomes extremely difficult.

> **Cons**: What I liked least about this product was how difficult it was to cancel my account. The process is confusing and filled with unnecessary friction — support becomes unresponsive once you request cancellation, and the chatbot and documentation use dark patterns that make it hard to find the actual cancellation form.

> Without a verified Meta account, the subscription was unusable, yet there was no straightforward way to end it through the dashboard. Overall, the experience felt deliberately obstructive and very disappointing.

> **Pros**: Its Simple and solid as a tech. &#10;Support has some gaps which I had addressed and they improved on it, so it really feels they are listening to us. &#10;They are focusing on giving more knowledge of their new values they provide such as knowbot and some new technicalities of Chatbots. Broadcasts are very reliable. Chat Support is Good.&#10;Almost perfect starter for a small scale company to keep track of customer on whatsapp.

I did notice some gaps in support, but I brought them up, and they were quick to improve, which makes me feel like they're really listening to their users.&#10;&#10;They're also putting more effort into teaching users about the new features they're offering, like Knowbot and some of the more technical aspects of Chatbots. I find their broadcasts very reliable, and their chat support is pretty good, too.&#10;&#10;There are a few more features I think could be added, and I hope those are in the works. Overall, it's an almost perfect solution for small businesses looking to manage their customers on WhatsApp.
