> **Cons**: The lack of knowledge of what features we aren't using and how we can use these features to help all users. The ability to quickly see (from within the note template) how previous items were scored for a patient versus having to use the multiple forms view which is very hard to follow since it has all answers listed. Even the ones not selected.

> I have experienced the product from the end user side and from the IT side. The client resource center, releases, and our clinical support are very helpful in understanding our questions/frustrations and assisting with solutions.

> **Pros**: All modules for end users are in the same environment/application.  Our previous EMR has multiple environments for different users (ie. Pharmacy in GUI, Nursing in one web application, Providers in another web application).  It has been much more efficient for end users and IT having all modules together.  &#10;&#10;There are also more advanced features that we did not have previously that have been beneficial (ex. Titration feature, ability to extensively customize note templates in EMR, etc)

> **Cons**: There are many specific scenarios that need to be addressed that cause routine issues/user dissatisfaction on a routine basis (we have enhancement requests/tickets submitted for those and understand Support and Solutions are doing their best to prioritize and resolve).  &#10;The most common ones are:&#10;- System speed.  In general, loading time is a bit slow and hinders efficient workflow.&#10;- Registering new providers for DrFirst/eprescribe access involves many steps and parties (end users, IT, Wellsky, and DrFirst) and is not user friendly for providers especially the ID Proofing process.  The new DrFirst enhancement partially addresses this but much of the workflow remains the same.&#10;- There is no messaging system within the EMR that end users can use to communicate to each other (ie. providers to nurses)

> It handles routine, tasks/documentation well and has some advanced features that have been very helpful.  However there are also some functions that the system surprisingly does not have that we did have in simpler products.  Overall it has allowed us to accomplish most of what we need but we do have to work through system limitations to meet our users' needs in some areas.  &#10;&#10;The Support desk has been very responsive and great to work with, and I appreciate that our enhancement requests are taken seriously and prioritized, and that Wellsky has consistently been developing and rolling out new enhancements.
