Path to greater Inventory optimization (PFEP) functionality
The Team at LeanDNA has been extremely easy to work with and have added a great deal of efficiency to our processes. Also, the ability to share the data in a user-friendly format to management is far better than downloading spreadsheets from our ERP system and creating the graphs and charts manually.
Pros
It takes the raw data from our ERP system and puts it in a more user-friendly format, tracks trends over time and is constantly being enhanced with more functionality.
Cons
It would be helpful if changes and requests for enhancements be acted upon more quickly. In the past few years it appears that the response and completion times have extended out instead of becoming shorter.

Great team for a great product that is key in the Supply planning process.
Pros
Short implementation process - continuous and active support from the CSMs - regular product enhancements - voice of the customer used to make LeanDNA a daily partner of the planners
Cons
LeanDNA is a great tool for supply planning, collaboration with the suppliers and within the Supply Chain teams but what is missing is the link with the Demand planning

Prioritization of tasks for Buyers.Inventory Optimization tools. Safety Stock and Lot Size recommendations recalculate daily.Clear to Build data for Planners.Curated data by LeanDNA is easily exportable, and better than raw ERP data.Very quick implementation, project managed by LeanDNA.
Cons
Widget/Chart does not have goal lines.Distinguishing between Buyers vs Intercompany Buyers vs Planners isn't well achieved.Metric performace is limited to 4 months of charting, not much historical charting (full year, or rolling 12 months, etc)
