We ran into quite a few problems with our fringe, and had to talk to multiple support people to finally get it figured out. I would like more opportunities for custom reporting, although that is more on the accounting side, payroll reports are pretty good. I was VERY disappointed with our support when we first launched - a ton of stuff was set up incorrectly that we didn't realize until way down the road. > > Overall, it has been good.
