Not once but twice. 1st Experience on 11 November 2024: I was about to write an exam online, but I couldn't as the Dugga app wouldn't allow me to past to the next page. When I clicked on "Start Exam" it was loading for like half a second, but nothing happened. This was ongoing for 2 hours straight. Terrible\! 2nd Experience on 2 December 2024: I was about to write a supplementary exam but again the app did not allow me to write the exam.
