Team leaders and managers can review, re-allocate and follow up teams members dashboards when they are away. &#10;&#10;Helix sales include options for rapid bar code scanning cash and carry businesses. Sales orders for flooring, furniture, and commercial customers and customer backorder sales for appliance stores. Helix handles flooring samples, measures, and quotations. Accepted quotes convert into customer orders, purchase orders can be automatically created from purchase orders from sales orders or via bulk and replenishment ordering.  Staff can be motivated to achieve sales budgets using target margin% or gross margin budgets based on 'Floor Cost' or 'Actual Cost'. &#10;&#10;Helix inventory control methods can be chosen to best suit the type and cost of a product. > **Pros**: The customer support offered by the Helix team is a highlight, and they don't rest on their laurels - they are open to suggestions and improvements and are always working to improve the system.&#10;The inventory system has saved us time and money and given us much more transparency on stock and products going in and out of our warehouse, and the point of sale payment integration is already saving us time.&#10;The Helix team also has training videos and a searchable process doc that aids in the training process, which was incredibly helpful to us in the first few months, and if all else fails, they are more than happy to help remotely and over the phone.

> **Cons**: The quotation setup is a little clunky and is missing some features offered by competitors. I have suggested some improvements to this, some of which have already been implemented.

> **Pros**: I really like how we now have everything in one place, sampling, quotes, installation diary to invoicing. It is very user friendly, has great reporting in place. There are continuous upgrades being done and the guys do listen to upgrade requests.

> Excellent overall experience. Quite a bit to set up but we received heaps of support and has reduced our need for extra staffing. Superb all round product with great reporting for both staff and admin.

> **Pros**: We have used Retail plus (previous version of Helix) since opening our business in 2006.  We upgraded to Helix 2 years ago and have found it a great system  to use for our furniture retail business for sales process, stock inventory and accounting/back office reporting  etc .  The windows based system is easy to navigate and customise to your needs.  The Team at excellent software provide fantastic back up and support.

> **Cons**: Initially it was difficult to attach  external documents to emails  being sent from helix but this has now been fixed.

> overall Helis has been a great system to use for POS , inventory and  reports.  The windows based system is easy to navigate  for sales staff and back office staff and provides a clear and accurate inventory control also.&#10; the support from Excellent software has been fantastic.&#10;We highly recommend Helix as a POS  system.
