Profit Plus Review
Overall system is more visually better than previous ERP but lacks sufficiently where the ability was there with previous ERP

Windows based ERP. Was told about specific functionalities that would be of use for us

Lack of flexibility and scope to change. Doesnt do much development. If module is not popular, minimal focus on improvements. Recently set up new business with different ERP which is $600 PA and has better functionality than profit plus

We got of to a very rocky start, gradually we got the correct information imported into the system. We found the training excellent the trainer was [sensitive content hidden], we now have [sensitive content hidden] who looks after our account and again we find him excellent always calls you back if you leave him a message usually within 2 hours if he cannot help he sources help for you.
Pros
For the amount of products we have in our range it is, in my opinion the best software I have see and used.
1. Functionality and ease of use.
2. You can swop between screens (have as many on display as required).
3. Analytics, you can breakdown between products, units percentages, costs and profit.
3.Impoting information.
4. Saves time so productivity is high.

1. The question mark button needs more information on how to carry out normal processes so you don't have to phone up the help desk
