We had a coordinator working with us who was thorough and listened to our concerns about the system and sent plenty of S \& Ps for us. The eprescribe worked well once we got the hang of how to cancel prescriptions, manage, and check PDMP. > > **Cons**: The system was very slow for the first 3-4 months to the point where I just had to use AI to chart as I couldn't click around the EHR during visits and chart at the same time.
