Having the task manager is almost like having an online PA > > **Cons**: I would like in the Classic itinerary to be able to add flights and transfers in the initial quote rather than having to add them to the guest portal once the clients have booked. I have been most impressed with how quickly it took me to find my way around Safari Portal. It is very easy to use and offers everything you could want in an itinerary builder. The task manager is just fabulous and it means not missing any deadlines. For me what makes it, is the wonderful photography, clean layout and pre loaded information. I was delighted that I received a booking during my two week trial, so immediately signed up and haven't regretted it since. I actually get excited putting together new itineraries and love how quickly I can put together a look book. It is easy to send clients details about places they wish to go as well as pictures and images, and sometimes videos, as the clients can envision their trip. > > **Cons**: The cost of Safari Portal is way too high considering others are charging less. I do not like the way you can not "confirm" a lookbook, it has to be an itinerary.
