ade Excel

Hervorragend. Ich bin durch Zufall auf Anny gestoßen, als ich nach einer Alternative zu unseren bisherigen Excel Tabellen gesucht habe. Schnell habe ich mich einfinden können und noch schneller war ich vom Nutzen überzeugt.

Die Übersichtlichkeit der Buchungen, durch unsere Mieter. Die Mieter wiederum loben die intuitive Bedienung, die Übersicht der getätigten Buchungen und die Optik

Cons

Das es bisher nicht möglich ist mir Monatsrechnungen via Excel von jedem Nutzer ziehen zu können, das würde das Rechnungen schreiben für uns vereinfachen - Alternativ eine Schnittstelle zu unserem Rechnungssystem

Klasse Service trifft gutes Produkt

In gesamt ist der Eindruck sehr positiv. Bei ca. 300 aktiven Usern und 3000 Buchungen in 2 Wochen sind die Rückfragen aus dem Unternehmen minimal. Sprich anny ist intuitiv und stabil, was für eine Anwendung den merklichen Teil an Qualität beschreibt.

Pros

Der Support ist ausgesprochen gut und sucht zielführende Lösungen.

Cons

Das Tool zum Zeichnen der Gebäude und Einrichtung könnte komfortabler sein.

Sehr leichter Einstieg beim Start mit online-Buchungen & skalierbar

Macht den Eindruck, dass das Anny-Team vor Motivation sprüht.

Pros

Bei mir war entscheidend, Service und Termin-Optionen so anbieten zu können, dass sie kundenfreundlich buchbar, und gleichzeitig für mich sehr einfach und flexibel zu pflegen, und in andere Kalenderapps spiegelbar sind.

Cons

Keine Beschwerden, selbstauferlegte Pflicht zum Auskommen mit der Gratisversion im Testjahr erfordert etwas Geschick bei der Gestaltung von Ressourcen, Services und Zusatzoptionen.

Endlich ein Co-Working Buchungstool was hält was es verspricht!

Wir haben seit Corona viele Mitarbeiter im Homeoffice und haben unser Office in einen CoWorking Space mit Eventfläche verwandelt. Hat super geklappt mit ANNY

Pros

Wir haben laaaange nach der richtigen Lösung gesucht. Wurden oft enttäuscht und sind so froh endlich anny gefunden zu haben. Wirklich eine rundum gelungene Lösung mit einem super Team dahinter das auch Sonderwünsche möglich machen kann. 1A mit Sternchen....

Cons

Es wird ständig weiterentwickelt. Wenn was fehlt kann man sich direkt an den Support wenden.
