Our software does most of the work to make the claims and we just simply click a couple buttons to have it submitted. The cost is about a third of what we were paying some clearinghouse to do the same thing. Initially we thought transferring all our information and transitioning to a new system was going to be super difficult but the process and the help from office ally customer support to get all our information transferred couldn't have been easier. We can now focus on other things with our patients.
