Submissions and invoices management
The experience is good for all the payroll and claim-related information. We can download the invoices, claim submissions, tax sheets, and tax calculations in one place only. The performance of the environment is good to see and work.
Pros
1. It is a very useful application in managing and checking payroll-related activities.
2. Dashboard and UI make it easy to see the relevant options and the platform is very secure and well-integrated with the company domain for secure access.
3. Submission of claims, navigating the progress, and calculating the payouts are easy and all things are automated.
Cons
1. Very limited product with few features only not able to see anything much or new.
2. No customization options available as per the requirement.

Great for small or medium-sized businesses, and packed with features
It's a great tool generally for SMB companies. Larger companies need the Enterprise options (like iHCM or Vantage) but for smaller businesses, Workforce Now is a great option.
Pros
It's simple to use but also powerful, with many features - some are even useful! ADP is used by many employers, so it's fairly simple to transition from one ADP system to another.
Cons
Reporting can be a bit difficult - HR professionals are not generally technical people, so trying to get to grips with complicated reporting tools can be awkward. However, ADP does offer training, and there is also plenty of help online.

Too big to be Helpful
It started out great but went downhill from there. The customer support was terrible and when they made mistakes it was horrendous trying to get them corrected. The one thing an employer cannot do is mess with people's paychecks.
Pros
Comprehensive payroll tools to help from on-boarding to payroll to reviews and termination.
Cons
Cost went up and every little thing became an add-on. Getting customer support was difficult. Paychecks were delayed or incorrect on several occasions and getting those fixed didn't seem like a priority.

This software was good for a non-profit and they have AMAZING support staff!
Overall, I enjoyed using ADP's services and found it fairly easy to use, even when I needed assistance from a support staff member
Pros
I loved the Support Staff. She was there when I needed help and was amazingly helpful!
Cons
Certain staff in the organization worked multiple positions at different rates and for varying hours. This was something that had to entered manually because the system would not produce the correct results in hours or pay during a payroll period. That was frustrating.

Timeclock in my pocket - Brilliant
I use ADP every workday to clock in and out - even from my mobile phone. It's convenient, easy to use, and has everything I need right at my fingertips - including the amount of accruing PTO and sick time.
Pros
This platform has stepped up their game in the past few years. It's user-friendly and has everything payroll and tax related accessible in one clean and easy to understand format.
Cons
The constant pushing of the Wisely card gets a bit annoying.

Time and cost effective HRIS solution
Overall it gets the job done and was more cost effective than other solutions. We are still waiting for many tools to be developed that were promised 5 years ago when we implemented.
Pros
Comprehensive HRIS with onboarding and document tracking. Fairly intuitive and easy to use after setup.
Cons
Scheduling component severely lacking. Also lack of employee communication tools (blast messages).

Pros
The perfect solution for HR, payroll needs. ADP workforce now is very easy to use and gives a comprehensive reporting and the analytics needed to be relevant. Automate compliance reporting and filling. I have used it enough to prove that it's worth all your time and money.
Cons

ADP Experience
ADP had some great features, but the lack of support was a dealbreaker. The reporting customization was a plus, and the time off tracker was very user friendly for our employees and admin. The payroll experience was the dealbreaker, as our customer support team often gave us faulty advice and made the process cumbersome.
Pros
The best feature of ADP was the benefit module and support that came with it. The benefit team through ADP would review events, request documentation, and process basically from start to finish.
Cons
The quality of support at ADP was very frustrating. We went through multiple client support specialists, and we would get varying degrees of support and answers with each person. We also couldn't house both our domestic and international employees in the same platform.

ADP for small businesses
ADP helped my small business to pay my 3 employees in a very seamless way. I set it up real quick and used the basic features. It might be a bit expensive but I'm planning to expand and I'd hate to change my payroll app.
Pros
Setting up paycheck it's a very easy task no matter if you're a large or small business. I love how easy is for my contractors to receive their payroll

ADP Workforce Now Great Product
Overall, ADP Workforce Now is great value for the money when it comes to payroll practices and their assistance is great. Staff are knowledgeable.
Pros
ADP Workforce Now is a great product to assist payroll departments with many tools to provide in-depth and practical assistance to every day payroll needs.
Cons
The cost can be overwhelming as you have to buy the system in modules that you need a piece at a time. It can also be hard to get assistance as you have to go through many different channels.

Tax help resolved
Accounting and I wanted some tax related questions answered, so we called ADP. Also, we wanted to make some changes to a W-2 and was able to get the problem resolved.
Pros
As a new employee who uses this software, I found no issues with it whatsoever. It was user friendly and comprehensive; further, I was able to get my work done in an expeditious manner.
Cons
Technical support resulted in calls being transferred from one assistant to another; however, our problem was resolved and that was greatly appreciated.

Pretty solid payroll product.
Have used the product since 2017 as a high level practitioner, about 2800 employees over 3 company codes. I have found the payroll service to be reliable, of high quality and pretty user friendly as the user gains experience.
Pros
Excellent reporting functions, very good core product with reliable delivery. Ability to do time data imports / mass updates very good.
Cons
ACA / benefits module was a bit funky, did not want to recognize an offering that did met MEC but not MV. For that reason, we used another solution for ACA filings.

Better database function, better capability. High turnover business and Paychex had some limitations ADP did not. Seems like point of emphasis was different for each vendor. ADP was more inherently "top down", which worked better for our organization. Paychex was pitching some nice employee empowerment features, but that wasn't a good match for our structure, and ADP could do all of them, it just may have taken a step or two to implement.- Industry: Renewables & Environment

Transitioned from ADP Workforce to Paycom
It was difficult to navigate and it was better than TotalSource where I had a number of compliance issues. The reporting could have been more robust
Pros

Cons

ADPWFN, still unbeatable when it comes to HRIS services
ADPWFN is a one-stop shop for your HRIS needs.
Pros
ADPWFN is very customizable. It even has a payroll calculator to check the net proceeds an employee will get for his pay. 401k deductions and remittances are also integrated into this SAAS, which lessens the hassle of having a different service provider.
Cons
Their billing is quite confusing. There are charges that are not obvious as to when they occurred. Customer service agents are not equally trained and knowledgeable.

ADP Work Flow Past Experience
ADP has the ability to integrate with different software programs, which can be useful for streamlining workflows. In addition, I think that the integrations help to improve efficiency, and it was a positive overall experience with the program.
Pros
The ADP Workforce Now features most frequently used by my company were the ADP report and payroll functionality. The report feature was helpful for determining the health of my department's budget. We could quickly gather essential data to determine whether we were on track or on budget. Payroll was easy to process and ensured our workers got paid on time, which is a major plus in my opinion. These features made managing and understanding all our people's data significantly easier.
Cons
Overall, the customer service was definitely delayed with responding at time. Some of the pricing was a bit higher than I had anticipated.
However, I did find that the platform was a bit difficult to customize. There were definitely some customizations I had in mind that I simply couldn't do, which was a huge bummer. The platform has the potential to be extremely versatile, but it seemed like some of its features were really built with smaller businesses in mind. I think this is one feature of ADP Workforce Now that could definitely use improvement.

Efficient and User Friendly - My experience with ADP Workforce Now
Overall, ADP Workforce has proven to be very efficient. The features streamline the process needed for employees to navigate through various HR processes. Its very user friendly, accurate, and payments are timely.
Pros
I have been using ADP Workforce Now for several years, and it has been a very invaluable tool. What I like most about ADP Workforce is that it is very user friendly, and also offers an array of features that help streamline payroll, benefits, time tracking and employee management. One of hte features that stand out is the self-service portal that allows employees to access paystubs, request time off and update personal information with ease. Overall, ADP Workforce has greatly improved HR operations and I highly recomment this platform.
Cons
Some of my least favorite is there is no live chat support, the bot feature is not as helpful as being able to speak to a representative. Also the customer service and technical support are not as favorable as I would like.

Works with a clean look
This is one of the most popular time and payroll management software out there. Almost everyone uses it and I'm familiar with it. The looks and function of the menus have improved over the years. I don't have many complaints about ADP. I think it's pretty good.
Pros
The UI is simple and clean. Most menus are organized in a way that seems intuitive, like where to find calendars for PTO or time clock function. It's definitely one of the most popular timesheet and payroll software out there.
Cons
For non-salary employees, it used to be hard to find the place where to clock-in and clock-out. This has definitely cleaned up over time and now in a more prominent place.
I remember signing up for benefits through ADP for the next year and the W9 part is confusing. It steps you through with questions rather than filling out the form, then puts in the answers for you. I accidentally claimed too much and didn't get federal taxes taken out and had to add in extra money to make up for it.

ADP Workforce Now - A daily user’s perspective
For now been in 3 companies, all of them use ADP workforce now, for HR and employment purposes. I have been using it as an employee who fills out attendance on a daily basis, completes mandate training modules, applies for leaves, tracking leaves, checking holiday calendar and most useful of all - performance management
Pros
Prominently I like its go to approach, an all in one store. Here all different types of activities can be performed by simply navigating to different portals like attendance management, time tracking, performance management and monitoring, goal tracking, leave application etc
Cons
The UI is not up to the mark, its cumbersome and the look and feel doesn’t make someone to use it longer

Time clock
Reliable, comprehensive HR and payroll management tool. its ability to handle a variety of HR functions in one platform, from payroll processing to benefits administration and compliance management.
Pros
User-Friendly Interface Many users find the interface to be intuitive and easy to navigate, even for those who may not be very tech-savvy. The platform allows for a seamless experience when entering data, running reports, and accessing various HR functions.
Cons
There have been complaints about occasional system glitches, outages, or slowdowns, especially during peak payroll times. These technical issues can disrupt workflows and cause frustration among users.
