Okta Makes Managing Access Simple and Secure
Using Okta has been a game-changer for our organization. It makes managing user access so much easier and takes a lot of stress out of ensuring everything stays secure. From setting up new employees to keeping track of who’s accessing what, it just works seamlessly.
Pros
Setting it up and integrating it with our apps was straightforward, even for non-tech people.
Cons
The cost might be a bit high for smaller teams or businesses.

Identity Governance - be careful
The sales and product teams were too aggressive promising us certain features would be ready.
Pros
Their Identity Governance's product's features are easy to use and easy to configure. It took us only a short time to get everything setup, and we were able to do so by ourselves, mostly.
Cons
The product teams initially told us certain features would be ready within 6 months after our purchase. However, they could not live up to that promise and after using their product on ID Governance for 12 months, we gave up because critical features were not ready.

Streamlining Identity Management for Teams of All Sizes
We have pretty good experience with Okta. Other than the intuitive interface, Okta's very considerable customer support really changed our ways of identity management. It is so well-designed and makes the user authentication quite simple; hence, it drives collaboration, employee engagement, and productivity.
Pros
It's ease of use is second to none; hence, onboarding and integration with existing systems have really been seamless. For instance, their user-friendly dashboard allows so much easier access management, allowing every team to deliver for the business without security holding anyone back.
Cons
While Okta indeed provides a load of features, for large teams, the cost may get rather high; it stretches the budget, so to say. Advanced functionality takes some time to learn, but given resources surely help with that.

Everything starts with identity and Okta is the award winning identity management software. Improve operational efficiency and reduce feud for your users. The more identities you manage the greater your risk but no more worries Okta is the perfect solution.
Cons
Okta has cons. It does it's job to perfection.
