The CRM has amazing systems for automations (email, text, and etc.). All centrally located for the team to response timely and efficiently (socials too\!). Customer support has made it very easy to set it up and trouble shoot everything continuously as we continue to grow new marketing campaigns and automations as request per our office team members.
