Efficient Expense and Travel Management
SAP Concur simplifies expense reporting with its robust reporting tools. I do feel however that the user interface needs a real uplift - comparing it to other products i have used it really is not as intuative.
Pros
When onboarding new customers SAP Concur has a seamless integration of expense and travel management. The platform is convenient and accessible and has a wide range of features.
Cons
The user interface is somewhat complex to use. The desktop version is not as intutative as similar products. Concur risks falling behind its competitors.

I concur with SAP Concur!
Overall, I've used SAP Concur with multiple large corporations I've worked for and it's been a great experience.
Pros
I like the ease of filing expense reports in general, as well as the mobile app. The ability to take photos of receipts in the moment, using the app helps with peace of mind as to not lose them.
Cons
The only feedback I would say as a Con, would have to be the ability in the mobile app to upload a receipt that is a PDF. There may be a way to do it, but it appears to only allow image files, such as .jpg

Adequate Software Gets the Job Done
Overall, the software does what they say it will do. As stated before, it is not flashy, but it does work.
Pros
The product accomplishes the basics of what you want it to do. It is not real flashy, but it does do the job.
Cons
It can be clunky at some points, and there seem to be better software options available that allow for more mobile flexibility.

Love Concur as an End User
I think concur does a very good job for our organization! There are a few minor headaches with the software, but all in all, it has been a great product to manage our company cards and provide the proper checks and balances needed in our organization!
Pros
Concur makes it very simple to fill out expense reports, upload receipts even by sending them straight to an integrated email. I love the simplicity of filling out reports as a user!
Cons
Concur was slightly difficult to map at the account level within our ERP. It took a lot of manual work to get implemented and accurate. Post implementation, everything has been smooth, but was a slight headache when implementing it!

SAP Concur in Hospitality Industry
Automating general ledger, billing and invoicing through SAP Concur saves me a lot of time.
Pros
SAP Concur is the main repository for creating, customizing and sending invoices to our customers.
I like that it has a mobile application which is easy to use.
Cons
For sure, I use SAP Concur on a daily basis and I do not encounter issues which affect my duties.
