These clusters are continuously auto-generated by the application based on data and events, and clusters accordingly evolve over time as customer situations and market conditions constantly change. &#10;&#10;Lifetime Analytics’ cluster detection approach allows users to identify specific churn/down-selling and up/cross-selling customer profiles based on historical data. Overall, continuous cluster monitoring and new cluster detection are fundamental pillars of Lifetime Analytics’ approach for enabling operators to design targeted commercial and customer care actions and personalize inbound and outbound interactions throughout the customer lifetime. &#10;&#10;For each detected cluster, the application produces commercial and care action recommendations from a pre-defined action library created for each operator. The action library comprises all the available action templates including the features and commercial proposition terms, in compliance with the product/promotion and pricing rules.&#10;&#10;For outbound interactions, the application allows users to select different sub-groups out of a cluster in order to launch different targeted actions addressing specific customer micro-segments, thus enabling personalized outbound interaction creation. The application allows users to refine the action’s business case parameters to estimate the action’s payback period, the cumulated customer margin, and other financial KPIs.&#10;&#10;Lifetime Analytics helps businesses collect data relating to the action execution progress and customer decisions from campaign management systems in order to measure the targeted customer’s survival rate and subscription ARPU growth rate, measured over time as a cohort and benchmarked with the relevant customer control group.&#10;&#10;For inbound interactions, the application can be queried in real-time to provide customer profiles and action recommendations to support interaction personalization, including the messages to be addressed to customers by agents or web/application user interfaces. Action recommendations are computed in real-time to provide personalized care or commercial actions and offers/promotions for the requested customers, considering the customers’ last interactions, usage, and events.
