I enjoyed the simplicity of the product, I thought it was very user-friendly for both admins and employees, it was easy to set up, inexpensive, and made onboarding, payroll, and benefits a breeze. > > **Cons**: TriNet stopped supporting the Zenefits product and some features started losing functionality (ie: no more integration with background check partner). They then required our account move to a new version and pricing structure.
