As I mentioned above we have a mix of FT, PT, hourly, and salaried employees, and we have different leave plans available to some groups and not others. Trinet is not extremely flexible in this way leaving us to pursue workarounds and other strategies to keep track of various comp/flex time. > > Overall quite positive. I think it's easy to get in touch with my rep who is familiar with our account, as well as open a case with their support team for anything more complicated than a single direct question. Most of what they do is fast, simple, professional, thorough.
