I guess despite the customer service reps being in India and having a hard time understanding me, they are always friendly. > > **Cons**: Customer service is awful. I need to request help on a weekly basis and wait weeks to get a response sometimes and other times, I get tired of trying to re-explain my issue, so I give up > > We went with Paycor three years ago after trying to decide between a few others. It was the cheapest so we went with them. BIG mistake. Not only do they have a TON of misc fees, but their fees keep increasing\! Their reporting functions frequently bring back back information and I get no help when trying to get Paycor to fix the issues I find. Employees consistently have issue logging in and the 450 or some people who now use Paycor in our company, not one of them have said a positive thing about Paycor but we have had plenty of complaints.
