It's compacted so much into one system. Not login in several apps to get everything done. Time saver for sure!

Live Chat is a must!!
Pros
Live chat support!! You don't have to call anyone!
I also like the ease of use for both the employee and employer. System is very user friendly and it is easy to find things. Reporting is a very simple function with many pre-loaded reports
Cons
I wish that you were able to upload more documents to the 'Engage' section for employees to access. A dedicated rep on your account would also be helpful, as a just in case it is needed.

Paycor review
The products have a lot of features and we have lots of opportunities to speak with a support team however there is a lot of effort spent trying to resolve issues with no progress or results.
Pros
They are constantly growing and innovating.
Cons
Because of their constant growth and innovation, they can't keep up with good customer service and run into lots of system issues that effect regular daily work sometimes causing significant delays, or keeping us from being able to complete work at all, or even causing more work by trying to fix things.

Once it's set up, it's been wonderful
It took about 4 months to get everything straightened out and running smoothly. But I really think it's because they were understaffed at the time of onboarding. It has been pretty smooth since.
Pros
It takes care of a lot of aspects of payroll automatically. It will even integrate month-to-month workman's comp insurance and 401k through Human Interest.
Cons
The initial setup took forever. Apparently, they had too many companies sign up at the same time and not enough people to do it. They had me submit a bunch of forms and reports, and then couldn't find the information and I had to get them updated reports. It took about 5 months to get everything straightened onut.

Full of helpful tools
Paycor is great! As a FT employee, I really appreciate having a hub to check my time off, find financial documents, see scheduling details, and complete reviews. It is a great one-stop shop for so many things I need and great for planning ahead time off.
Pros
I really like the dashboard on Paycor. There are so many features that Paycor manages and having them all located on one page is helpful. I love the time off tools and the org chart display - so helpful.
Cons
One thing that's hard on Paycor is checking in on the scheduling of JUST my team. I can easily check my whole organization or my own schedule.

Consistently enhancing the products available
Generally positive, first level customer support could improve but this is true of most HCM software I’m familiar with!
Pros
It is a very comprehensive product for the price point.
Cons
Access permissions and custom security roles (outside of default Paycor roles) are overly complex and comprehensive training is not available on this area.

Paycor - Problem Solver
My experience has been positive. I have worked with Paycor for 10 years and enjoyed all they being to the table.
Pros
The ease and functionality and the integration abilities.
Cons
I haven't found a lot. Every business has different demands and challenges but I like that Paycor works to change and upgrade products to meet those demands.

Paycor Review
It's been mostly positive. I've used it for 4 going on 5 years now and can count only a handful of times that I did not like it.
Pros
I like being able to clock in on my phone. I also like that I can access all of my personal company documents directly within the app or website as well. I don't have to wait to receive my W2 in the mail, I can just access it via the app.
Cons
I wish the team schedule builder was easy to use. I can't even access it most days. It takes awhile to load and even then, I often can't do so without going to each team members profile and scheduling their shifts individually. I also do not like that I must change my password so often.

Integrations and Acquisitions
Previously purchased 7Geese which was acquired by Paycor. The 7Geese platform phased out and so we did not end up renewing with Paycor.
Pros
Very intuitive platform for the user and simple functionality. Great support team!
Cons
Integrations were problematic on the 7Geese side. Renewal costs.

A Fine Alternative To ADP
At first I was hesitant when we switched over from ADP. But I can say not only am I impressed, but I actually prefer it now!!
Pros
It's extremely used friendly and I love the UI! It's an extremely versatile program that we use for payroll, employee benefits, tracking of both personal and employees performance, tax prep and so much more!
Cons
My one and only complaint was that it was initially particularly easy to navigate the benefits portions and features on Paycor. But once that was discerned, it was easy to do in subsequent years.

Paycor is a decent Payroll Provider and HRIS for the cost.
Pros
The thing I like most about Paycor is that it seems they do care about customer feedback. They try to address many of the issues their users face and provide them with regular updates on what is being improved in the system.
Cons
The customer service is not very good. Many of the representatives I've spoken with don't seem to understand the system and lack communication skills. On many of my calls to Paycor, I wind up waiting on hold for an extended period of time just for the call to be disconnected.

Paycor Year 1 Review
Overall its been great. We are learning the system yet on year one going all in for HR features slowly.
Pros
All in 1 and easy to use. Our rep, [sensitive content hidden], is constantly in contact. That's what sells- we have amazing service with the reach out and know who to contact for large items.
Cons
Just the W-2 process at year-end. It's a very intense time at year-end to balance everything and having W-2s be printed immediately after the last payroll still in 2023 is not like our previous vendors. Companies do adjustments at year-end when they review the W-2s and with Paylocity they gave us X amount of days after the last payroll to click and button and confirm that we reviewed and accept the W-2s. Paycor didnt ask and just printed. Created more panic/stress for us at year-end.

Past Experience: - I've worked with Paycor before with Field Fastener. They are still with Paycor since 2016 and had only positive comments to date.Switched From

Paycor for Beginners
Paycor saved its purpose for a time but as our company continues to grow we are needing a software with better customer service and higher functionality.
Pros
We were able to use the various functions of Paycor to thoroughly manage our staff.
Cons
There seemed to be quite a few frequent glitches with the software. The customer service was also far from top notch. Often speaking to individuals who would attempt to talk me through a fix from somewhere out of the country.

Good product, no direction
I have had to learn everything on my own and I would have preferred to have an established and developed relationship with a dedicated Paycor account rep who understands our industry and business. There is a lot of room for improvement. I like the product but the implementation was horrible and a lack of responsibility and urgency from the PayCor Implementation Team, with the exception of [sensitive content hidden], who was fantastic.

I do not like the level of support we receive for the amount of money we pay every month. The follow up is lacking and it seems to a random hit or miss when reaching someone in customer care.

Works just maybe not as well as it should.
I've had good ones and bad ones. Just depends on the customer service rep you get when an error arises.
Pros
I enjoyed how paycor worked, looked and ran last year. Once the updates started it changed the entire feel of paycor and it is not as user friendly as it was prior.
Cons
The new look with the changes such as time cards hate it. Tiemcards should be easily accessible in each e ployees profile and with the change its not.
The errors that should have been an automatic fix not a manual one.

Paycor is robust
Pros
I like the features in and around the settings management. I like the historical data for the purpose of analytics and for the purpose of getting a quick snapshot of a specific employee's journey through the organization - ie hire date, rate changes, manager changes, status changes, etc
Cons
its ever-changing offerings and features (or the names for them - COR and Paths and Gravity and Perform and CareerCast and SmartSourcing, etc) and how we arent able to access all the features that we are paying for - we have to call them and ask for access to them one by one. Also the onboarding feature is rough

Simplies the Time & Pay Management Process
Pros
Paycor simplified our entire payroll process. It allows employees to have up to the minute information on their time, pay, etc. It's a very user friendly platform while still providing all the necessary pieces.
Cons
The reporting tools could be upgraded a bit to be more intuitive but we are able to pull out all the info we need so that's not a big issue at all.
