Something that could be a really helpful upgrade would be a more developed option (even if this was a higher tier membership) is to have the option of reminders / more interactive interface - allowing us to set our own updates/reminders when partnerships are meant to change, need reports or something else. One thing we noticed is that partnerships have lapsed without either side noticing. We have one recent case where the point of contact no longer works at the company and we have no other way of contacting them.
