I am happy with Wooqer

It was a good experience. There was a lot of communication.

Pros

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate from a admin perspective

Cons

The back and forth when issues arise. I have had to constantly repeat myself when describing an issue.

A Great Platform for Retail, with Minor Technical Challenges

My overall experience with Wooqer has been positive. The platform is effective for managing store communications, data collection, and process automation, especially in a large-scale retail environment like ours at V-Mart.

Pros

The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to create, deploy, and manage various processes across our stores.

Cons

The response time from the Technical Support Team can be slow when it comes to resolving errors, which can impact our ability to address time-sensitive issues.

The Yellow Straw <> Wooqer

Pros

It has the potential to automate most of the SOPs in an organisation, more than decent UI and easy to use.

Cons

Implementation team needs to be pro-active and ensure SOPs are not just created but implemented, executed & monitored well.
