PerformanceWeb allows students to develop skills with interaction between teachers and activities posted on the educational platform, combining teaching in a hybrid, EAD or in-person format, through the student portal environment. The manager portal has various modules with integrated processes and an interface that provides an overview of everything that is happening in the institution for users. It has a dashboard control panel that shows financial, commercial and pedagogical information objectively from all areas of the educational institution.

It has resources for complete student registration with electronic archiving of all documentation, enrollment and re-enrollment of the student in modular, serial or credit-based courses in elective, complementary, optional and supplementary subjects per class in morning, afternoon, evening and full-time shifts, has tracking of system procedures with transaction logs. Administrators can control the issuance of documents from the secretariat and issues proof of registration, service provision contract, management reports, applications and various documents. PerformanceWeb's financial module has a registration of suppliers by type of expense and cost center, control of accounts payable by type of expenses with apportionment by cost center and course, control of student financing grants.

In the pedagogical management module, there is a complete registration of courses and classes with the schedule, syllabus, program content, bibliographic reference, school calendar, location of in-person and virtual classes and activities according to the teacher's specialties register. Teams can control assessment release records, frequencies and pedagogical occurrences, lesson plan for the class diary and content through the teacher portal. The library management module has a complete record of the library's entire physical or virtual collection, interconnected with the course's pedagogical project and made available on the student and teacher portals for booking and borrowing copies. It issues a label with a barcode for each copy, a report of reserved and returned items, an inventory of the collection with heritage value. PerformanceWeb offers a materials management module that has a complete record of all warehouse items and assets with a photo of the item, supplier and cost center records, item specifications, and more. The commercial management module has integration with the institution's website to promote courses for online registration.
