### "Amazing device management solution." — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *8 April 2026* | Food Production | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Where to even start. Microsoft Intune has been one of the best device management solutions I have ever used. With the power of Microsoft's tools at its back, there is little you can't do. While it isn't the easiest to use right off the bad, there is an abundance of resources available to easily accomplish any goals. The vastness of capabilities include devices management, group policies, updates, patches, mobile device management, system restrictions, automations, and even automatic deployments make it beyond powerful.
>
> **Cons**: It is a beast\! If you do not have experience or knowledge of the tools, navigating and configuring can be challenging. Microsoft offers training and certifications to help.
>
> Overall, I love this tool. I have a ton of experience using it and have had nothing but positive things come of it. Proud to have the knowledge and expertise of this tool.

### "An expensive product that is a nightmare to setup and support" — 1.0/5

> **Drew** | *27 February 2025* | Hospital & Health Care | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Built-in integration with Microsoft Azure AD.
>
> **Cons**: Documentation isn't kept up to date. The support experience is excruciating and not responsive at all. Very few pre-built solutions - almost everything needs to be built from scratch

-----

### "Intune the generalized all in one MDM solution" — 4.0/5

> **Kyle** | *6 August 2024* | Warehousing | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I like the fact it's not operating system/device specific. You can manage Windows/Apple/Android/Chromebooks. Desktops/Laptops/Tablets.
>
> **Cons**: There's a bit of a learning curve, and enrollment is different depending on which platform you're trying to manage. Tracking license use is not simple.
>
> I've deployed Android Tablets for Warehouse management purposes, and iphones/ipads to Windows computers with minimal frustration.
