> **Pros**: Operto has great customer service for both onboarding and troubleshooting. It is easy to use and helps minimize time spent of getting a guest registered. Guests also feel much more secure with personalized pin codes.

> **Cons**: There are a few integration features that have not been updated such as codes automatically changing when a reservation is extended.
> 
> Will continue to use for the forseeable future.

> **Pros**: generated codes for our keyless locks well at the begining, smooth intergration at the begining, solid customer support at the begining. All that changed and now it generates hours of additional work per day. Its useless at this point, we are manual.

> **Cons**: Absolutely horrific customer support 12 days issue is still not fixed, takes at least a week to get a human to respond, expensive, like to sell you add ons (ie noiseware) that are not complete products yet, appears to no longer intergrate with the rest of our tech stack, its always been the weakspot but the lack of customer service is unlike anything I've ever seen

> we only use it for one component, the guest book, noiseware, online registration functions are all inferior to other software we use.
