> MMS OnLine is a cloud-based student information management system designed for K-12 schools. It supports database management, grading, staff and teacher scheduling, assessment reporting, attendance tracking and health and state reporting.


MMS OnLine provides self-service portals for parents, teachers, students, administrators and staff to track their respective activities. Teachers can assign grades to students and post learning notes. Students can also use their portal to communicate with teachers, submit assignments, view grades and keep track of their performance.


A centralized database allows administrators to store student records, grades, staff information and more. The gradebook supports core competencies and secondary subjects. MMS OnLine also offers a mass notification tool, cafeteria management, a point of sale system and visitor management as add-ons. Integrations with transportation management solutions, learning management systems and library management software are available.


Pricing is per student per month. Support is offered via email, over the phone and online.
