> **Cons**: It'd be good to add the questions that were asked during the assessment in the results overview screen once candidates completed the assessment, since we have many reviewers on our team taking a look at our results and, sometimes, they're not that familiar with all the questions that have been asked.

> We've been using Hatchways to assess candidates' technical skills prior to their final interview. The idea was to simulate more of a real-world production environment to get the most out of the candidates' skills, instead of a rushed 60 minutes technical interview.

> **Pros**: I love how easy it is to assess your candidates. If you are bringing your assessment or use one of theirs, they provide great flexibility as well as state of the art customer support.

> **Cons**: Given that they pivoted from a full fledged recruitment platform to only an assessment service, there were some features that were yet to mature. However, they learned my user needs and addressed my concerns promptly.

> When it comes to recruiting, there are many tedious processes and unknown variables. Knowing that assessing candidates is not one of them, it is truly a relief. I always recommend them in my network.
