> TimeMonkey is a specialized software developed to help medical practices and clinics manage time tracking, shift and absence planning, and task management. The TimeMonkey Basic version comes equipped with a variety of time tracking functions and is available at no cost.

TimeMonkey helps medical practices and clinics to streamline the process of tracking time in the workplace. Employees can clock in and out using a fixed practice iPhone, using their personal pin code, an NFC chip card in credit card format, or an NFC keychain. The web app displays all time stamps in real-time, and overtime and undertime are calculated for each employee on a daily basis. Monthly and annual evaluations can be sent to employees and tax advisors with just one click.

TimeMonkey offers a wide range of features to manage employee absences, such as vacation, sick days, training, school, compensatory time off, and short-time work. Hour credits are automatically taken into account in working time evaluations. The shift planning function includes a smart template that makes assigning shifts and calendar weeks quick and easy. All shifts can be individually adjusted, and filters allow for easy confirmation of whether enough personnel have been scheduled.

Moreover, the practice owner can choose whether to grant employees access to their own scheduled and clocked working hours. TimeMonkey also includes various other features designed to make everyday practice management easier.
