> **Tim** | *19 June 2026* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: It’s integration with multiple external programmes makes it ideal for all client contact and for using AI
>
> **Cons**: Having different settings and styles across different folder in your inbox is frustrating. Always having the switch on the preview pane.

### "Microsoft outlook review" — 5.0/5

> **Rebecca** | *22 May 2026* | Construction | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is how well it organizes email, calendar, and tasks all in one place. It makes it easy to stay on top of communication and schedule management without switching between different apps. I also appreciate the powerful search function, customizable folders, and integrated calendar features that help keep everything structured and easy to find. The ability to sync across devices ensures I can stay productive whether I’m at my desk or on the go.
>
> **Cons**: What I like least about Microsoft Outlook is that it can sometimes feel cluttered and overwhelming, especially for new users or those with a high volume of emails. The interface has a lot of features, which can make it less intuitive at first. I also find that performance can slow down when managing large inboxes, and certain settings or customizations can be difficult to locate or adjust.
>
> Overall, my experience with Microsoft Outlook has been very positive. It is a reliable and powerful tool for managing email, calendars, and tasks in one centralized platform. The organization features, search tools, and cross-device syncing make it easy to stay productive and keep track of important communications and schedules. While it can feel a bit complex at times, Outlook remains a strong and efficient solution for both personal and professional use.

>
> **Pros**: The new CoPilot AI feature has been a major game changer. It puts everything into the Outlook app and it's great.
>
> **Cons**: Nothing really. Since my first review, it has only gotten better with the additonal apps that can integrate.
>
> My overall experience with MS Outlook involves more AI and integration with CoPilot working within the whole MS Office Suite.

### "The best email provider for a Microsoft software user" — 5.0/5

> **Ben** | *19 June 2026* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Outlook is an email provider that is part of Microsoft 365. If you are using the suite of 365, then Outlook is very helpful to integrate everything together. A benefit of outlook si using either the desktop app version or even the web version, as I find the web version easier to use and works better for my workflow.
>
> **Cons**: Outlook can be customised to suit how you would prefer, but there could definitely be more features added to allow for even more customising.
>
> I have used Outlook for many years now and have always found it pretty easy to use. I like being able to amend Outlook to work best for me and with the full Microsoft 365 suite.

### "Constant Email Access Multiple Devices" — 5.0/5

> **Clyde** | *1 June 2026* | Food & Beverages | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Microsoft Outlook provides the ability to seamlessly receive and send emails via the desktop app, mobile app, or web.
>
> **Cons**: The mobile app can be slow to update at times compared to the desktop app. For example, if a meeting is canceled or changed the app takes a while to recognize the change and successfully sync.
>
> I've been using Microsoft Outlook for over 10 years. I initially stared out using it via Office 2013 on prem and administered the transition to the Outlook via the Office 365 suite.
