Complicated but it works
Overall it’s been fine. It’s kind of confusing so I do very basic things on it. I’m sure someone more technological than me is way better!
Pros
I have to use it for work to work with the email address I was assigned.
Cons
I don’t like the others folder. It’s confusing and I don’t know how to not have it or to move all the other into focused

Microsoft Outlook is the Best!
I think Microsoft Outlook is the best platform for an personal email account - I use it for various purposes as a graduate student, speech language pathology assistant, and other personal uses.
Pros
I like how organized the application is and how I can use my account for various purposes (work, social, personal and promotions)
Cons
It was a process to switch to Microsoft from a competitor, and it took getting used to the focused folder vs the other folder, however now I love it!

Worst email app
Worst email app I have ever used, makes no difference if it is the free or paid version.
Pros
There is nothing I like about outlook. I am sorry I paid for it and will not renew my subscription.
Cons
Outlook is the absolute worst email program I have ever used. It makes no difference if it is the free or paid version, both have the same issues and MS does nothing about. been going on for years. Groups don't work, it won't allow you to add people to a group. It loses formatting on copy and paste. It won't ever keep formatting from Word. You can delete an email address and it is still there somewhere in the background forever. Sometimes scheduling for an email works and sometimes it doesn't. Worst park MS does nothing to fix anything, don't buy, don't use, if you do you will be sorry.

Useful mail tool
Overall experience with Microsoft Outlook is great! I think it is the second largest mail service all over the world after the gmail.
Pros
The UI is user-friendly, easy to navigate, I can also access other Teams tools integrated with outlook.
Cons
I am not able to manage my emails with defining different labels like in Gmail. I can not find this feature. How can I do so?

Great integrations but lacking in organization.
Outlook has great integrations and I am pleased overall with it's performance, with the exception of the organization and spam filtering.
Pros
I love the simplicity that Outlook has, it makes it very easy to explain how to use it to the other staff. I also like how you can add optional features to it without additional cost.
Cons
Email organization seems to be an issue. There are two main categories in the main email inbox, "focused" and "other". Outlook seems to have issues with knowing which one to send emails to. I have had some very important emails be sent to "other" and some irrelevant emails sent to "focused".
Along with this, the "junk email" folder is not very accurate at all. I have seen numerous spam emails be sent to me or the other staff but they're put in the "focused" folder. Meanwhile, I have some of my subscription receipts sent to the "junk" folder.

Amazing Microsoft Outlook
My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook has been positive. One thing for sure, I am more organized with my time and workflow.
Pros
I use Microsoft Outlook everyday for my job. I like that I can set up appointments on the calendar. I can schedule when I need to send out an email. I send mass emails without anyone knowing they are on my list.
Cons

Microsoft Outlook is a must have in the workplace
I have used Oulook in a professional setting for at least 20 years and also on my personal email home accounts. It is generally pretty intuitive and easy to use with many features.
Pros
I like the colored flag feature as it helps me keep my projects organized, and of course the ease of emailing and standard ooo work features and signatures are easy and a must for the office.
Cons
I have found the last 3 years or so the calendar function is a bit flaky. I will shutdown my computer and all calendars will be wiped out the next day and I'll have to add them all again and it frequently freezes when opening calendar. Not sure if it is due to Teams link at work or not but they are both Microsoft products so you think it would not do that.

The All-In-One App for Your Daily Business Needs
It is a pleasant all-in-one app that integrates everything I need to do at work in one place when interacting with my colleagues and external contacts.
Pros
It connects all the productive parts of the daily life of a working person in one life - email, calendar, contacts and tasks and then onto the rest of the Office 365 Apps
Cons
It is very cluttered when on a small Surface Pro screen - you need a big display when all the alerts and insight views are enabled.

Helps organize your emails
Although it has its limitations in the free version, it can be quite useful for organizing your personal or work email, it is a software to consider for email management.
Pros
I like that through this program I can check my emails in a simple way, and always have notifications of each email that arrives, so I can be updated on my messages without having to constantly check my inbox.
Cons
It has limited storage, so you may find it necessary to delete old messages, it also has advertising that can be annoying when working.

Microsoft Outlook is the Future
I would recommend Microsoft Outlook to any friends, family, or workplace environment. The app also allows the software to be very versatile and allows users to work just as efficiently on smartphones and other non-PC devices.
Pros
The ability to collaborate effectively with others is beneficial in the workplace environment and for students of all ages.
Cons
The controls are not the most user-friendly. I am now able to quickly navigate Outlook, but only with the help of YouTube tutorials.

Outlook - The Standard-bearer
Truly, I never had a bad experience using Outlook in 11+ years.
Pros
I have been using Microsoft Outlook as my primary email, calendar, and contacts program since 2013 and I would rather write letters and mark up my wall calendar than use any other program. The interface is smooth, the functionality is easy to understand, and teaching employees to use the program has always been agreeable. The "Tell me what you want to do" feature is especially handy and I have never had a task it couldn't walk me through. It's Alex and Siri before there was Alexa and Siri.
Cons
The only thing I honestly don't care for is the latest version, I am still using the prior version. The latest rollout's interface is clunky, hopefully something Microsoft will iron out before the version I'm on sunsets.

Microsoft Outlook
The best experience i have compare to other similar tools. What i like the most in Microsoft outlook is you can access it online and offline. The way you can areange the folders and inboxes and setting the emails in high priority and can also flag and mark it complete once you are done with the emails.
Pros
It’s accessibility to use. It is very handy and you can make folders to segregate your emails
Cons
The loading part when it is already email full

Outlook's New Version: Faster but Missing Key Features
My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook has been a rocky one. The more feature-packed old version is pretty much useless, as it frequently stops responding, making you have no choice, but to upgrade to the new version, which is missing a lot of key features. However, Outlook is still great with certain things, like reminders, calendar, scheduling, seamless Microsoft 365 integration, among many other things. Overall a 3/5.
Pros
What I like the most about Microsoft Outlook is that it seamlessly integrates with Microsoft 365, the calendar and scheduling features are great, and the search functionality is also great.
Cons
The new version of Microsoft Outlook is missing lots of features. The old version of Microsoft Outlook is pretty much useless because it is extremely slow to open stuff, and will frequently stop responding, forcing you to upgrade to the new version.

Cons
The organization, the way it focuses on what IT thinks is important.
how difficult it is find anything you're looking for.

I feel safe
a great work tool to send and receive secure emails
Pros
It is a platform that I have used for many years and I feel safe sharing files, sending important information, sure that the information is not leaked and that it reaches the recipient quickly and safely. Furthermore, its use is very easy to learn to use and a quite useful work tool
Cons
There is nothing bad that I dislike, everything works perfectly with useful functions
