Where I work, this has given leadership the opportunity to recognize areas they may have fallen short and/or to realize patterns in the business that are not visible in day-to-day operations at their level.

> **Cons**: The tool is broadcast as an anonymous survey, but this does not seem to be the case. It seems as though the executive leadership is still able to see who the submissions come from. In my opinion this fact creates a fear of retaliation and decreases the incentive to respond candidly.
