One of my favorite features is the ability to set up monthly and yearly memberships for customers, as well as payment plans for larger projects. This helps customers move forward with work they may not be able to pay for all at once. Our office team and our field teams have been able to replace a largely paper based system with this online, backed up tool. They now are saving hours on their days and have increased communication efficiency. For the capability that Crew provides - it is very well priced as you can manage this by the number of crews you allocate licenses to.
