Entering insurance information was convenient, and the pop-up windows made it easy to access important details quickly. I also liked being able to preset what I was scanning when scanning the same type of document for multiple patients. > > **Cons**: The imaging system was the most difficult part for me. Transferring X-rays was hard and time-consuming, which could slow down the workflow. We also did not use integrated phone software, but I think having that option would have made communication and tracking calls much easier.
