Bridge Makes Required Learning More Than Bearable
From a user's perspective, Bridge has made my on-the-job education much more enjoyable.
Pros
Participating in required learning is usually a drag in the workplace. Bridge, however, helps stifle that monotonous task and actually makes the process a bit more enjoyable. I recently completed my Title IX training in Bridge, and was not that bad actually. The training felt more engaging by requiring the user to click into specific module at designated times and soliciting responses to questions that were based on actual situations. Bridge also tracked my progress exactly, so when I had to pause the training and come back on a later day, I was able to pick up right where I left off.
Cons
Bridge could benefit from a more robust quizzing engine. I feel like more question types could be added. In addition, I would love to see 3rd party integrations. For example, it would be great to be able to connect your LinkedIn account and share the completion of any trainings to that network. I would also like to see badging come to Bridge. It would be pretty cool to learn new job skills via Bridge and get a digital badge as a reward that can be displayed to managers and peers alike. For example, if a manager needs to put together an ad-hoc development team, he'd be able to quickly identify those employees that have the needed skills for the purpose of the team.

So far, so great!
We are currently building out Bridge, and I'm excited to see how it grows as an employee resource. It's a one-stop shop for me, and I know I'm only scratching the surface of what I can do or move into the system from my other day-to-day responsibilities as a Training Admin. Additionally, Bridge support is phenomenal! From office hours to asking quick questions in their live chats, my issues are resolved fairly quickly.
Pros
The more that I get into the Bridge the more I like it. This LMS is new at our company, and I was tasked with becoming familiar with it and moving our current continuous training content over from our existing training site.
Courses are easy to create; from there, you can tie multiple courses into a Program or a Journey. For example, if I have multiple courses on "budgeting" then each course can be on its own or I can weave each course in a Program since all of the content is related and folks can go in and browse the courses they need to review. I'm starting to work on a "New Hire" Journey where recommended courses per job title, required compliance videos, and checkpoints to download training certificates can be uploaded which can have required approval!
I also really appreciate the Analytics features. For required courses, we can pull overdue courses and share these reports with direct managers so that they can push their teams to go in and complete training.
Cons
My company typically sends out Google Calendar invites (with virtual links when applicable) for in-house training courses. Right now, Bridge can tie into our Google Meets and display them on the "Training Calendar" within the Bridge for "Live Training" and folks have to "enroll" in the classes through the Bridge. However, since I already have to create a calendar invite via Google Calendar and send it out to our different teams, tying into the Bridge for "Live Training" would be an extra step for me. Plus, having folks log in to the Bridge, register for the class, and then join online would be having to change company culture. Maybe it can happen eventually, but for now, I wish I could use the "Training Calendar" as more of a training board to display the upcoming in-person or virtual sessions we have scheduled for the month.
I also wish that surveys were more customizable and that they could be added to Journeys. I accidentally deleted question 1 from a survey and had to recreate it but then couldn't put it back in the correct order - similar to moving pages around in courses.

Pros
I like that Bridge keeps all our training results in one place.
Cons
I don't like that you can't tab between fields, and you can build your own reports.

Lots of support is available!
Positive overall - excited to build out our program using Bridge
Pros
Flexibility of software, lots of functionalities depending on what you're trying to build. User interface is pretty. Support team is very available to answer questions and resolve tech issues. Good knowledge/resource database.
Cons
A little overwhelming for new manager users because of all the functionality they have access to. Analytics aren't all kept in Bridge, so some exporting of reports and analyzing in excel is necessary, which isn't great

Fantastic product for all-around employee learning, development, and performance management.
Our overall experience with Bridge has been amazing. We are raving fans! It is a vital tool for us in our people strategy and has all the features we need. It is user-friendly and easy to learn and use. Its versatility makes transitioning to Bridge from another product (or no product at all) a breeze. Bridge's customer support is responsive and very helpful and our account support reps have been amazing to work with. I can't recommend Bridge enough!
Pros
Bridge brought everything we needed together in one product -- employee training, development, and performance management. Journeys are our favorite aspect of Bridge. We use these for everything from onboarding to career progression. They are so versatile that they can be used for nearly any type of structured learning or development program.
Cons
This is a difficult one because we love almost everything about Bridge. I have always said that Bridge is a 99.99% perfect solution for us, but if I had to identify one improvement, it would be the lack of the ability to categorize goals. We have performance goals and professional/personal development goals. Our employees are bonused off of performance goals, but not professional/personal development goals. While we have come up with a solution to differentiate these goal types through naming conventions, it would be helpful to be able to categorize goals within the system so they can be analyzed by goal type.
