More practical than others with its user-interface
We switched from another service to Zoho Campaign. Zoho has an interface that all our staff can use easily. That's why we preferred Zoho.
Pros
We generally use it for regular email and a/b testing. Its interface is quite useful compared to other services. The drag and drop feature in the automation menu is also very practical.
Cons
There may be more ready-made email templates. Contact list import may be more practical.

Tight integration in the Zoho world is a true benefit - Usability can improve
Overall, good experience. Especially as it is so tightly integrated with other Zoho apps. We will continue using it for newsletter campaigns and some nurturing automations.
Pros
The direct integration with Zoho CRM, TrainerCentral and other tools of the Zoho cosmos is great. Email design, contact list management and automation and workflow logic are in place and ready to use.
Cons
Onboarding to the tool and general usability can be improved. I have to say that it takes quite some time to understand the functionality and navigation in the tool. Loading speed of the platform (as a secondary factor of usability) can be better.

Zoho Campaign- easy to implement
Overall I was pleased with the number of functions, Zoho provided
Pros
It was user friendly in terms of setting up and I liked that I could download the campaign to a pdf
Cons
There was no direct phone number associated with Zoho Campaigns so it made it difficult to reach anyone

No need for MailChimp or other mailing software
Like I said, very easy to use and the fact that it integrates so well with Zoho CRM makes it even better. Just love it!

Email Marketing with Zoho Campaigns
We switched from Mailchimp to Zoho Campaigns for integration with our Zoho CRM and cost savings, and after a bit of a learning curve, I'm glad we did. It offers a good variety of templates for email marketing and has made it easy to create great looking campaigns for our company. The integration with Zoho has provided us with valuable insights. Just be patient with the initial learning curve.
Pros
Once you get to know how the interface works is very easy to use for creating and managing our email campaigns. Just a bit of a learning curve on some of the advance features with workflows. Once set up the automation and workflow setup has been a huge time saver and has improved our overall engagement with customers. The integration with our Zoho CRM provides great analytics and reporting on which campaigns are performing well, allowing us to refine our overall game plan.
Cons
The user interface is a bit cluttered and can be overwhelming at first, especially with some of the advanced features. I just wish it were more intuitive at first.
