- ByteNite uses a pay-per-use billing system. You are charged only for the computing resources (CPU/GPU, RAM) you actually use, measured down to the second. There are no charges when your jobs are idle.

- Pricing is based on actual resource consumption:
  - CPU is billed per nanosecond per core.
  - GPU is billed per nanosecond per type.
  - RAM is billed per nanosecond per GiB.

- Compute usage is measured in ByteChips (BYC). One ByteChip equals one hour of compute on a machine with 1 CPU core and 1 GiB of RAM.

- The value of ByteChips in USD is determined by a published exchange rate. To convert from ByteChips to USD, multiply the number of ByteChips by the current exchange rate. To convert from USD to ByteChips, divide the dollar amount by the exchange rate.

- The price of each task is calculated based on the actual CPU time and average RAM used during execution. The total job price is the sum of the prices of all tasks in that job.
