The allocation engine allows users to set up parameters for automated allocation of accounts to field agents, branches and phone agents. ENCollect integrates with credit card management tools and banking systems to provide settlement and recovery workflows.


Support is provided via email and over the phone, as well as by text message. Pricing is based on a one-time fee.
