Better performance
All the hiring processes are much easier to carry out and save time with automation
Pros
Neogov made all the processes easier for me to carry them out in a faster and more orderly manner, the incorporation of employees is better planned and with perfect monitoring. The entire human resources area is much easier to manage in a single system without the need to have the information on several platforms

It provides confidence in having all the information saved, there is nothing that I dislike

Love NEOGOV
I love it! I love using insight, ohc, perform, eforms, core, onboard and am now implementing benefits
Pros
I like how it looks and how to navigate through the different modules. The implementation staff i have worked with are also awesome.
Cons
We were a little disappointed in the boxed videos/classes that LEARN has. I have been given a new list of classes last week so i will research again and see if we could add more. We have used LEARN with scrum files and that works well. We also use it to keep track of our certifications

EForms Rocks!
Overall good and great staff. I cannot recommend eForms enough.
Pros
eForms and Onboard are excellent products. Especially eForms
Cons
Occasionally when my team has problems, we do not receive clear feedback about what we could have done differently to avoid or reduce the issues. Not very forthcoming when an issue was on NG’s side or what those were or how they were fixed.

Reporting and analytics has definitely improved
Cons
All the info I'm looking for in reporting is not there. Such as applications referred is not on the lists.
You can not print the supplemental questions on the "print posting".
Can't copy and paste the supplemental questions. Can't copy supplemental questions within your questions. When you add supplemental questions, they dont go in the bank.

My overall experience with Neogov has been positive.
Pros
Neogov is a great web-based software. It is easy to use and we can track applicant's from application to hire with ease.
Cons
Some ofvtge things I like least are tge limitations to issue a conditional and final e-offer.

Neogov Review
Very positive. This is the second job I've rolled it out too. It's been well received from upper management throughout employee levels.
Pros
Ease of setup and product support. It has made our department more efficient and lessened the paper burden.
Cons
Difficulties with system after rollouts or updates. Losing OHC has been difficult and some features are not available on dashboard recruitment.

Great Customer Service
The overall experience with has been great. It works internally and I love the ease of use but we are still attempting to get employees to love it like we do. Additional supervisor training material/videos could be very beneficial in that aspect.
Pros
I like the NEOGOV is not only visually appealing and can be user friendly but I truly appreciate NEOGOVs customer service and how open to feedback the company is!
Cons
I dislike when an employee separates and we are not notified that they are assigned to current evaluations. We are now notified they have direct reports and we have to go in and ensure tasks are reassigned which takes multiple steps. If this is not done this leaves evaluations pending an overdue because now an evaluation is on a supervisor who has separated.

Makes Navigating My Requisitions Easier
I only use insight, but as the recruiter for a depart of 500+ employees (and as someone new to public sector and NEOGOV) it's made the hiring process steps easier to navigate.

Pretty great!
Overall it has been good, a bit of a learning curve to use it to its full potential.
Pros
I love how it communicates with other neogov products, being able to send offer letters, move applicants through with good communication options and letters we can build and customize ourselves.
Cons
I wish we could send multiple offer letters if needed. For example our police department needs a conditional offer and final offer with different information.

We’ve crafted the system to work for our process. Onboarding has really simples our previously manual process.

Application submissions; ability to update recruitment status providing transparency with applicants; ability to hire multiple positions under one exam plan; onboard.

The Love of NeoGov
I’ve been using the product, with different employees, for a few years and find that overall, the product has great functionality and can really be a one stop shop for recruitment, onboarding and training.
Pros
The ease of use and flow of the screens inside of each particular module.
Cons
Having to switch between the modules. I would like to be able to create a requisition and job posting all in one step without having to switch between screens and enter information again.
