Condeco is certainly the easiest that we have seen. The support team are also great at helping, if stuck with something not working, or suggestions on how we can do something better. > > **Cons**: Nothing that we can think of, and with regular reviews with account team they tell us what is coming up, and we also have the ability to log ideas as well. > > Since Covid we have been able to simply rollout out the desk booking to new sites, and it was so easy. The company themselves were also great to work with. The reporting system is not that user friendly and the data presented is often not how we want it so it means a lot of data manual handling. > > Overall it is not a bad system. We have the desk booking and room booking system. Room booking system has been great with ease of use. In terms of customer service with COndeco, we have seen improvements. From the early days where we'd have to wait for a day or two for a response to what is almost an immediate response now.
