Also, when I do manage to log on (always a huge chore) the interface is completely non-intuitive. It's very difficult to find what I need. Why pull downs with topics that make no sense? Why is it so many steps to get to newly released drawings? I cannot figure out why so many people use this site for project management\! It must be way cheaper than the competition. While the Features are incredibly deep and provide great Contractor Compliance tracking, the platform can definitely feel "heavy." There’s a steep learning curve that impacts the initial Ease of Use, and you really need to be diligent about training to avoid team frustration. We do run into the occasional Bugs and Issues with mobile syncing or slow browser speeds, but the Customer Support is generally responsive enough to keep things moving.
