It’s robust enough for us to hack it to serve what we need, such as sending a single alert or building out more advanced messaging flows for promotions.

> **Cons**: It’s pretty techy for beginners if you’re not tech-savvy. For us, it took a while to get the settings right and if you want more advanced options like two-way conversation or WhatsApp integration, the price can escalate rapidly.
