Also love the chat feature to get answers in real time vs. having to email and wait for a response. > > **Cons**: They have a drop and drag donation forms section. The downside is that unlike their classic forms, you need to actually run a separate report to get the names of the persons who have donated as it is not visible on the platform. Super inconvenient and something that we need to schedule regularly to pull. Another con is that in the classic forms the header area is not easy to work with or size. It also does not look good on mobile even is you check the box to maximize it for mobile. > > Overall experience is still a 5 star rating. The pre-scheduled webinars are also a big benefit; they’re practical, easy to follow, and useful for staying up-to-date on new features and improving database efficiency. > > **Cons**: Some of the more advanced features and integrations can be complex, particularly with add-ons like moves management, Constant Contact, DonorSearch, and video plugins. There’s certainly a learning curve. The reporting features are comprehensive, but this also makes them somewhat overwhelming and challenging to master.
