This help you to see all the record of particular employee related to work, salary, advance, absences and other details. It can be access from anywhere and at anytime. Most unique feature of this that it has bot which help everyone to fix there issue. The company want to extort you at every opportunity once you have signed up. They wanted to charge us for basic 2FA security on their product. Any software company recognise the need to ensure their product is secure - but MHR refuse to apply 2FA security unless you pay thousands. We required some basic data from our system, they constantly want to charge exorbitant fees for any small requirement. They recently quoted me £15,000 to get my own data from their system in a CSV format once I decided to move after 5 torrid years of working with this organisation. I had a third party get the data in 2 hours for a couple of hundred pounds. > > Absolutely appalling customer service. I cannot think of a supplier I have had more displeasure dealing with. Could not wait to leave after five miserable years.
