A lot of the features we asked for for Academy and the ELC, have been built with our asks in mind. The full training report, tracking time spent/time estimated, carousel, leaderboard. All great things\! I will also say that Emma Huntoon is such an amazing CSM. We can talk shop for hours and she is really passionate about what she does. Workramp was able to migrate the content that was built in Lessonly as we had no way to export it. The implementation was smooth and we had a successful launch with 50% of our employees visiting the new site on Day 1. Since then we have been through a few CSMs which seems to be common with vendor support. Our first and current CSM have been great at both support and knowledge of the platform.
