> **Pros**: With Hibot we are able to have our small support team answering all our Instant Messaging platforms in one product (Web chat, FB, WhatsApp, MercadoLibre, Instagram, etc). Without this tool, it was impossible for us to have 2 agents answering the same WhatsApp number; now, we can do it.
