> **Pros**: The product is very simple, affordable, customizable and powerful. The document capture is simply amazing and tight integration with SAP Business One helped us automating our purchase documents creation in SAP. The customer support is very good that we find no issues in areas where we couldnt customize the solution as an end-user

> **Cons**: We noticed that currently, iKapture is integrated only with the purchase documents in SAP Business One with a future scope of more documents integration. So, we may have to wait for some time to completely automate our document processing with iKapture. Other than this limitation, there is nothing in particular that we found as a con about iKapture.
