> Sobriety Hub is an all-in-one software solution for all sober living and recovery residences.

Sobriety Hub is optimized and built only for sober living and recovery residence operators so that users can have improved visibility and efficiency in their sober living homes.

It enables users to invite house managers to the web app, where they can log drug test results, chores, rent collections, mood reports, legal details, emergency contacts - everything that sober living owners generally keep track of, and more.

The best part is they worked alongside sober living owners to build the app, so the company made sure it's intuitive, super easy to use, and does exactly what users need.

### "Transitioned from One Step" — 5.0/5

> **LAURA** | *14 April 2026* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: What we like most about Sobriety Hub is how well the entire system works as a whole. It’s a significant improvement over One Step in nearly every area. From the client experience to form management, everything is more intuitive and easier to use.

The platform is user-friendly for both staff and residents, which has made adoption much smoother across the board. The form creation and management process is simple and efficient, and the overall transparency within the system has been a major benefit.

We’ve also really appreciated the online application process. It’s streamlined, accessible, and has improved how we onboard new residents.

Overall, Sobriety Hub just functions better across the board, and that consistency has made a meaningful difference in our day-to-day operations.
>
> **Cons**: The only real limitation I’ve noticed so far is with invoicing customization. Currently, there isn’t much flexibility when it comes to setting up recurring invoices for specific date ranges. For example, if I want to create a recurring invoice that covers the first through the last day of the month, I’m not able to schedule it to automatically send out a set number of days in advance of that billing period.

The invoicing system itself functions well, and overall, our residents have had a positive experience using it. The only consistent feedback on their end is that they do miss not having to pay processing fees. We do appreciate having the option to pass those fees on to residents who choose to pay online, however, and for our little agency, every dollar counts.
>
> We recently transitioned from One Step to Sobriety Hub, and overall, the experience has been very positive.

The migration process itself was a bit clunky, as it required manually moving each resident into the new system. That said, once everything was set up, the platform has been incredibly easy to use. Creating forms is straightforward and efficient, which has made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day operations.

One of the biggest improvements has been the resident experience. Our residents are much happier with the new system and how it functions compared to what we were using before.

One limitation we experienced with One Step was the requirement for house leads to maintain a separate email address from their primary account in order to access the administrative side of the system. This created unnecessary complexity and confusion. Sobriety Hub has eliminated that issue by allowing a single user to have both client-side and administrative access under one email, which is a much more practical and user-friendly approach.

Sobriety Hub is actively and consistently updating their system, and it’s clear they are responsive to user needs. I’m optimistic and excited to see how those improvements continue to evolve.

Overall, Sobriety Hub has been a strong move for our organization, and I would recommend it to others looking for a more user-friendly and resident-centered platform.

### "Finally a Platform Built for Sober Living Operators" — 5.0/5

> **Kate** | *18 March 2026* | Mental Health Care | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: What stands out most about Sobriety Hub is that it’s actually built for sober living—not adapted from something else. Everything you need is in one place (resident profiles, UA/event tracking, forms, payments), which makes day-to-day operations way more efficient.
>
> **Cons**: Although I've only been using Sobriety Hub for a few months, there isnt much that I dont like about it so far.
>
> Switched to Sobriety Hub from One Step and glad I did. The platform is built specifically for sober living operators, not adapted from something else. Resident profiles, UA and event logging, forms built for you during onboarding, and payment tracking all in one place. Pricing is straightforward per user, no per-bed fees. The support team is responsive and actually helpful. If you are on One Step and wondering if there is a better fit, there is.

### "One Day at a Time Recovery LOVES using Sobriety Hub\!" — 5.0/5

> **Dara** | *9 April 2026* | Mental Health Care | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Affordable, decent pricing with features that are actually relevant. Customer support is always friendly and helpful\! Ease of use and navigation is very easy. Updates with residents being able to have their own app which serves as a motivator and helps them track.
>
> **Cons**: With some recent updates the only thing that has changed was the access house managers had to incoming residents. Other than that everything about Sobriety Hub is amazing\!
>
> Before opening my own sober living, I worked as a house manager and used One Step, Behave Health, and Ritten. One Step was user-friendly but limited. Behave had a ton of features we never touched because they were built for treatment centers, not sober living. When I started my own program, I chose Sobriety Hub because it's purpose-built for recovery housing — nothing extra, nothing missing. The application form alone saves hours of phone screening every week. Residents fill it out online, it populates their profile automatically, and I can decide whether to move forward before I ever pick up the phone. The outcome data reporting is also a huge deal — being able to show referral partners actual evidence of how your program is performing gives you so much credibility. The team is transparent, pricing is straightforward, and onboarding was hands-on. If you run a sober living house, this is the software that actually fits.

### "Organizational Game-changer" — 5.0/5

> **Roses** | *26 March 2026* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Ease of use, clean user interface, sleek intuitive design, mobile site clean/clear, fast response from staff
>
> **Cons**: Not as many customization options, but most issues can be solved with tags. Would like sending invoices to a third party a bit more straight forward than changing customer name
>
> We're a small sober living nonprofit serving Native American women in Flagstaff, and Sobriety Hub has been a game-changer for our organization. We tried One Step first and it was honestly defeating — too many irrelevant fields, information not going where it should, and it just wasn't built for what we do. Sobriety Hub is the opposite. The form builder lets us set up conditional logic (like asking tribal affiliation only when relevant), the tagging system helps us track referral sources like recovery court and mental health court for grant reporting, and the role-based permissions let our board members each have the right level of access. Our stuff was an absolute mess before this, and now we actually have real organization. The resident app, group chat, payment portal — it all just works. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team have been incredibly hands-on with onboarding too.

### "Sobriety Hub Review" — 5.0/5

> **Kevin** | *8 April 2026* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Top notch customer service, a company that listens to its customers, friendly and fantastic staff, ease of use for efficient workflow.
>
> **Cons**: Being a fairly new company, there are a few quirks to the system, but the team listens to the customer's need and is always looking to improve their product.
>
> We run PNW Uplift — four sober living houses as a family operation. Before Sobriety Hub we were doing everything with pen and paper and spreadsheets, including tracking maintenance requests in a personal Google Sheet. Sobriety Hub centralized everything for us — resident tracking, payments, forms, messaging, all in one place. The resident app is great because our residents can self-report meetings, chores, and check-ins without us having to chase them down. The interface is straightforward and user friendly. We also liked that you can pass processing fees to residents instead of eating them yourself. Their team built our forms and onboarded us personally. If you're running a family operation and trying to get organized, this is the tool.
