Customer service from day one including free trials and assistance to show basics, once we proceeded with this we have had amazing support from the team and never got fed up of sometimes my weekly calls or emails. From this we have developed aa system that is one of the best set ups i have used in 16 years in hire trade and would not want to use any other. the ability to customize any document, layout and functions is superb help and we can adjust these to suit our company and then any changes can be made straight away without calls and requests sometimes taking months with other software's. Hirehops teams willingness to listen to additional ideas and implement some of them is a big help also including hire suspensions which is now in and running providing a huge help and time saving to us. > > **Cons**: it is in process / discussions but the ability to test items and then produce certificates. if this is implemented then we would be using hirehop for 99% of our business functions. > > Hirehop has helped us go from a manual system and invoicing to now fully automated saving our business' a substantial amount of time and effort.
