> **Pros**: Da Tool ist über die Jahre gewachsen und bietet umfangeriche Möglichkeiten. Sehr gut ist die Planung von Ausßendienstmitarbeitern und die Übersicht

> **Cons**: Es fehlt die Möglichkeit einfach Erweiterung für Felder die exportierbar sein sollten und auch ist ein Import von z.B. Artikeln oder LV Positoinen nicht möglich und es ist dan Handarbeit nötig.

> Comp ist ein Produkt, dass fast alle Bereiche in einem Unternehmen abdeckt und seine Kapazitäten ordernlich zu planen und zu steuern. Auch die Abrechnung sowohl zum Kunden, Partner oder Mitarbeiter ist möglich und relativ einfach. Insgesamt ist das Tool seh zu empfehlen, auch weil hinter dem Tool auch Menschen stehen, mit den "noch" auf dem direkten Wege kommuniziert werden kann, auch wenn die Emailschreiberei hier ihren Einzug findet.. leider bereits zu häufig

> **Pros**: Das System ist nach einer guten Einweisung und Einarbeitung sehr gut in der Benutzung. Man kann die Aufträge soweit runterbrechen, das man für die einzelnen Bereiche im Unternehmen die Aufträge entsprechend zuordne und Abarbeiten kann. Die Auftragsdisposition kann nicht nur auf Unternehmen sondern auch auf den einzelnen Mitarbeiter runtergebrochen und auch nach deren Qualifikation eingesetzt werden. Das System kann die Auftragsrouten bestimmte Auftragsklassen verbessern und optimieren. Die Überwachung der Aufträge und auch der Abrechnung ist sehr einfach. &#10;Der Support hilft jederzeit bei Fragen zum System oder Verbesserungen.

> **Cons**: Wie jedes System ist es auch beim Comp4, das es eine gewisse Zeit benötigt, um zu verstehen, wie man das System bedienen muss. Hat man das System dann auch in der Praxis verinnerlicht, ist es eine Erleichterung.&#10;Die bestehenden Prozesse mussten dem System teilweise angepasst werden. Es gibt immer noch Verbesserungen zum System , die durch das Arbeiten oder durch Prozessanpassungen des Auftragsgebers umzusetzen sind. Durch die Komplexität des Systems ist es fast unmöglich, alle Bereiche im Detail zu kennn.

Im Innen, wie auch im Außendienst. &#10;Vorteilhaft ist es , das man mindestens 2 aktive Benutzer hat, die sich versuchen mit dem gesamten System beschäftigen und sich auch mit den praktischen Prozessen auseinandersetzen.

> **Pros**: Comp4 ist intuitiv und sehr leicht zu bedienen. Es bietet alle Funktionen, die man zum Planen von NE3/NE4 Projekten braucht. Dazu bietet das WFM System alle Funktionen, die benötigt werden, um alle Aufträge systematisch und logisch abzuarbeiten. Dabei hilft das System, SLAs und KPIs im Blick zu behalten. Alles in allem ein gelungenes Tool.
