Their automation is very robust, I was impressed with everything you can do with automations, it has all kind of triggers and the free plan doesn't seem to have a limit of the amount of steps you can use. I'm also using the chat widget, this was a really nice feature I didn't know they had when I was looking for email marketing platforms. I have reached out to support few times, their AI support is the best I've seen, you get email replies instantly and it was actually accurate, so I was very impressed as I don't usually get good experience with other AI bots. The dashboard is not as simple as other marketing platforms. The reports in the free plan are not good though, they are limited and difficult to navigate.
