> **Pros**: The product is easy to use to create new replication once we understand everything an the installation is done. Data are replicate in real time in the target system.

> **Cons**: Old interface with hvr 5 (GUI in windows) but It'll change with hvr 6 (I don't test it). We used a plugin (in Python) for Bigquery integration (from hvr) that we had to adapt to take into account certain features (table partitioning at creation, cluster, etc.)

> I worked with hvr for 2 years (2020-2022), we chose this tool over other CDC tool after POCs of each. It was necessary to replicate in real time (in cloudsql) and in near real-time (in BigQuery) the data of some databases.
