Agendrix is okay but it's not my favorite
Pros
I like how I can easily view my colleagues work schedules for the day. Very clear and clean cut look.
Cons
I hate when my managers make updates and the updates send a million and one notifications and if I add reminders, they are not the most up to date.

Fast and efficient for timesheet management
I like Agendrix. Employees have all the necessary information about them such as holidays, accumulated hours, etc. We have less work load thanks to Agendrix but you have to pay the price.
Pros
You have information in one click and its practices for the whole team.
Cons
It has functions that I do not use and that will not be very useful and I find the cost expensive.

Agendrix was the best choice to manage global employees
Pros
Agendrix is the solution to manage shift employees across different time zones. The software has been reliable. We appreciate the fast and helpful tech support.
Cons
Agendrix's mobile app is not as user intuitive as the website. Printing PDF copies of the calendar and shifts needs refinement. API integration went well, except lunch/break data and certain vital fields are separated into different data tables.

Manage schedules better
I improve the follow-up of the hours worked by having a validation method with specific entry and exit times. and closer communication with those in charge of payroll
Pros
With Agendrix I have been able to have my work schedules clearer with specific hours and exits and also validate my arrival and departure times to comply with my work. I really like this platform because I feel more satisfied with my schedules. I can have a correct follow-up of the extra hours worked and thus validate my information with payroll

I feel satisfied and there is nothing that I dislike, it has always been a correct use and operation

Sometimes there is issue with the repeat schedule system but it is easy to fix. Also sometimes email doesn't sent automatictly but there is a way to do it manually

Agendrix review
When we first implemented Agendrix, our focus was mainly on finding a scheduling platform. Agendrix helped solve many other issues that we had, such as time tracking.
Pros
I really enjoy the ease of use of Agendrix for scheduling, time tracking, time sheet approval. I have been using Agendrix since 2017 so it is really easy an intuitive to use for me. I really see how intuitive to use it is when we hire new managers. They usually pick up really fast on using Agendrix, so the training with that platform is usually quick. It is also easy for our employees to use the platform on their mobile devices.
Cons
Some of the reports are hard to use for us when downloaded to xlsx. We usually have some cleaning up to do before we can use the reports and that can be time consuming, especially for accounting or human resources departments.

Friendly user platform
Super satisfied, first time user for agendrix for the past 2 years and overall it's user friendly and very simple to understand. Nice platform to plan schedules, have conversations with your teams and have an overview of your teams of the day with a click of a button

The live updating of everything to everyone - just makes communication, management and user experience a great ascet for employees and simpifies the planning.
Cons
Mobile app a little "narrow" for managers and administrators. Limited employee communication network (communicating between them ou share info or shifts.
